OTC Blood Drive

GOAL: 75 donations!

The Office of Student Engagement, along with the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO), asks you to please consider sharing your good health with someone in need. Donors can schedule their donation time in advance by visiting the sign up table in the IC atrium the week before the blood drive or donors can simply arrive on blood drive day in the IC atrium and sign up for an available time slot.

Potential donors must have a photo ID, weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good general health and be at least 17 years old (16 with parent permission). The donation process takes less than an hour and includes a registration and health history, a mini-physical, and the actual donation and refreshments.

CBCO is the sole provider of blood in a 40-county area — help meet the blood needs of all the patients in the region’s 44 hospitals, including someone you might know.
