Public Speaking Showcase

The Public Speaking Showcase is a competitive opportunity for students at Ozarks Tech to give a short speech of inspiration on how Ozarks Tech has been the smart choice of college for them and for their academic career, with $1000 in prize money being awarded between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
This opportunity is open only to current OTC students who are enrolled in COM-100 or COM-105 or who have completed either of these courses in the past. Submissions close at 5pm, Friday, February 21st. A lucky few candidates will have the opportunity to participate live at the Public Speaking Showcase, where a panel of judges will decide the winners!
The Public Speaking Showcase event will take place at 6pm on Thursday, March 13th in room 103 A/B of the Plaster Manufacturing Center (PSU) on the Springfield Campus.
Attendance is open to all who wish to come view these impassioned student speeches.
