Scallions – The OTC Restaurant Experience

Scallions is OTC’s own student-run fine dining experience! Open Thursdays only, by reservation only, and with only three remaining dates for the Fall ’21 semester!

We are quickly approaching the end of our dining service for this semester.

Don’t miss out on our student inspired specials including:

Soup – Mushroom Sage Soup garnished with a Parsley Herb Oil and Dried Mushrooms

Entrée – Herb-crusted Lamb Chops topped with Walnuts, Dried Apricots, and a Balsamic Glaze served with Beet Slaw

Dessert – Belgium Chocolate Mousse paired with a Chocolate Sponge Cake and Raspberries
