Scallions Restaurant is a student operated training facility for OTC Culinary Arts program. Students gain practical experience in a real-world environment. Final Meeting to discuss the Greece Study Abroad trip scheduled for May 2025! Students will receive information on the trip and the course required to be taken in the Spring 2025 semester. The trip will include a tour of Athens, three islands, Mycenae, Olympia, and Delphi.
